Bill McPhillips has been the owner and operator of his own accounting practice, William H. McPhillips, C.P.A., in Brewster, NY since 1977, focusing on auditing, federal and state taxes, management consulting, pension and estate matters, corporate financial planning and interacting with professional and local business leaders in his community. From 1972-1977 he was an auditor with the Touche Ross accounting firm in New York City.

Mr. McPhillips is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State and Connecticut Society of CPAs. He is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. Mr. McPhillips graduated from the Baruch College of Business of the City University of New York in 1965 with a B.S. degree in accounting. He received his CPA certificate in 1974.
